The daily SCRUM meeting is a short (15 minutes) meeting quite often held at the beginning of each working day with the full team.

The daily SCRUM meeting is a short (15 minutes) meeting quite often held at the beginning of each working day with the full team.
Every team members just answer 3 questions:
- What have I completed yesterday?
- What will I do today?
- What obstacles are stopping me progressing?
Just focus on these 3 questions. If you need more time to tackle a problem or discuss a specific topic, just organize a side meeting.

Background
This can be done of course in case of an agile team but can also be adapted to any team having to highly collaborate.
During the meeting, a Visual Management is generally updated to help the team take the right decisions regarding their progress, risks.
