A fun and quick check-in activity: share positive intentions to start the day in a fun, childlike form!

Goal

Kickoff the day sharing positive intentions

    Instructions

    Participants must write their positive intention for the day on a piece of paper, fold it into a paper plane.

    Then gather the group in a circle. Each in turn must read your message out loud then send the paper plane.

    The person closest to where it lands follows next.
