Goal
To share individual concrete visions of the outcomes of a project or change process.

Instructions
Pre-Work Required: The questions need to be prepared ahead of time.
During the Session:
1. Post questions that evoke visions of final outcomes.
2. Individuals write down their own responses.
3. Share with partners.
4. Repeat the process with new partners several times. incorporating any good ideas they hear.
6. Finish with a discussion to pull the ideas together
