Team Bonding

Standing in a circle and holding the rope, ask three insightful questions about the workshop's purpose in three rounds. For example, Q1: What are the main challenges that you're facing in your team, and after each answer, turn the rope on their fist and pass the rope to the next person, and with each answer, turn the rope on their fist until we have three nodes for each one, and then stick the whole rope with its nodes on the wall, and let everyone write their answers on sticky notes and decorate the rope with sticky notes.
